»Create a Webfolder

»Without signing in

Open file.kiwi and select files. A delivery Webfolder and share link are created automatically.

»After signing in

Open the Dashboard, choose shared, delivery, or submission mode, optionally set a password, and create the folder.

»Create Web Folder+

1. Sign in and buy Upload-GB capacity from the [capacity purchase page](https://file.kiwi/dashboard/buy) if needed. 2. Open the [Dashboard](https://file.kiwi/dashboard), select **Web Folder+**, and allocate at least 25 GB of available capacity. 3. Choose shared, delivery, or submission mode, optionally set a password, and create the folder. The Plus folder is permanent. Each file starts with 7 days and can be extended in 7-day increments by spending capacity equal to the file size.

»Retention

• Basic folders are deleted after 30 days of inactivity. Basic files are automatically deleted 90 hours after upload.
• Web Folder+ folders are permanent. Files start with 7 days and can be extended in 7-day increments using Upload-GB capacity.

»Delete a Webfolder

### Click <span class="iconify-inline" data-icon="material-symbols:more-vert"></span>, then select <span class="iconify-inline" data-icon="mingcute:folder-delete-line"></span>.  > Only the Webfolder owner (the user who created the Webfolder) can delete it.

»Share a Webfolder

### 1️⃣ Click <span class="iconify-inline" data-icon="material-symbols:share"></span> and select **Copy Link**.  --- ### 2️⃣Just [Paste] wherever you want. - Email body, messenger - Bulletin board, SNS

»Rename a Webfolder

### In the Webfolder, click the ①<span class="iconify-inline" data-icon="material-symbols:more-vert"></span> icon and select ②<span class="iconify-inline" data-icon="bx:rename"></span>.  > Only the Webfolder owner can use it after logging in.
