Recommended specifications

file.kiwi runs in a modern web browser and does not require installation for normal sending or receiving.

The web uploader does not define a fixed per-file size cap, but large transfers depend on available device storage and memory, browser capabilities, network stability, power-saving settings, and the recipient’s environment. Keep the browser tab and device active until the transfer completes. If a browser cannot handle the job reliably, split the transfer or use the CLI/API.
